I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable experience. However, I would have appreciated a brighter bedside light for reading. The service was exceptional, with incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Mohammed and Yousaf. The location was exceptional, close to the center of the Médina, perfect for exploring Marrakech. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of local items every day. Overall, a great value for money with attention to detail throughout.

The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after the change was made upon request. The only downside was the poor lighting with only one light working, making it very dark.

The hotel's location in a riad in the middle of Marrakech was exceptional. It offered nice decoration, comfortable beds, and a large hammam-style shower with great water pressure. Despite some road refurbishment nearby, it was still convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to the Koutubia and Jamaa el Fna, making it convenient to explore the souks and enjoy the lively square. The rooms are spacious and well-organized, yet could be quieter. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Yousaf, who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The dining experience is delightful, with delicious Moroccan tea and a lovely breakfast spread. However, the noise inside the room can be a drawback at times.
